"I lost 10 pounds! I actually got off the scale and stepped back on to see if I read the numbers correctly!" I had to
share with you the great results I've had with
the Appetizer Diet Cookie. I started the
cookie about 8 days ago. I am consumed with food
and the mornings are the worse for me, so I
would eat half a cookie before breakfast, half a
cookie before lunch and a cookie right before
dinner.
I honestly didn't notice if I was starting to
eat less I was simply noticing that I could
last longer between my munchie phases.
By the end of the week I was less focused on

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical
when I first heard about “eat cookies and lose
weight”. I thought, they can’t be serious! A
friend of mine asked me to at least “try” them
for a week, so I agreed. I said, “I’ll eat your
Appetizer Diet Cookies, but I’m not
keeping track of anything.” I’ll weigh myself
once at the beginning of the week, then at the
end of the week, and we’ll just see what
happens.
So, I weighed myself at the beginning of the
week, and then proceeded to eat two Appetizer
Diet Cookies everyday. Sometimes I ate them
between meals, sometimes just before sitting
down to eat. I just made sure to eat two of the
cookies every day.
First off, I’ll say that they are
absolutely delicious! I really like them,
and would have never guessed by the way they
tasted, that it was a cookie that was actually
good for you. I also found them to be filling.
Several times when I ate the cookie before my
meal, I’m sure I ate less than I would have
normally because I was full!
After a week, it was time to check the
results. I was curious by now because I
actually felt leaner, and smaller than I had the
week before. I stepped on the scale,
and could not believe it, I had lost eight
pounds! That’s eight pounds in one week!
Now obviously I couldn’t sustain that every
week, but that was enough to make me a believer
of Appetizer Diet Cookies.
The best part was that I really didn’t change
anything, I went about my week as usual, except
I ate two excellent tasting cookies everyday.
Thank you very much! Finally I’ve found
something that is good for me, that tastes

Appetizer Diet Cookie can suppress my
appetite it can work for anyone!" Picture this. I'm 6'2" and I weigh 170lbs. My
metabolism is and always has been through the
roof and especially when I am working out and
running. It's all I can do to keep food in me.
Yesterday, just before eating dinner, I got my
order of the Appetizer Diet Cookie from
FedEx. Of course, being that it was new I had to
try it right then and there, dinner or no
dinner.
Now get this, I was about to eat Chinese
takeout. For me, that was an orange chicken
combo including fried rice, an egg roll and
tonight I was especially hungry so I ordered
steamed dumplings also (8 total). It is nothing
on any given night to eat all of this and not
feel stuffed.
Last night was the exception though. I ate
the cookie and then went to eat dinner about ten
minutes later. I could NOT finish it. In fact, I
didn't even eat 1/4 of my combo and only ate 2
dumplings.
I couldn't figure it out and I tried to eat
more but I couldn't, I was STUFFED!! If the

I am sending this message to let you know what
my progress has been on the new Appetizer Diet
program!I started on the program July 17th
weighing in at 269lbs. which in itself is
embarrassing. On Monday I started with three
